PINK CONDO TOWER

Above: A front view of the PINK CONDO TOWER designed and built by BRICK TRICK artist Trick Richey.

PINK CONDO TOWER

This doll house style structure, (that means the back is left open for interior access and play), features seven full floors of space, including retail and apartment units. Designed in a grid-like or cubist format, the color scheme includes three shades of pink in contrast with glossy black bricks. Some units have balconies and pink transparent glitter brick windows. The building was constructed on a 16x32 peg base plate and stands about three feet tall. Two retail spaces and a lobby occupy the first floor. Floors 2 through 4 are divided into small apartments. Floor five is a large apartment, floor six is 2 smaller units and floor seven houses the penthouse.

REMINDER: Enlarge the images simply by clicking on them.

Below: The backside of the building which has been left completely open, often called "doll house" style.

Above: On the first floor one of two retail units is the FLORIST.

Below: The second retail establishment is a candy store and coffee bar. In this image you can also see the "lobby" which has a "crystal" overhead light fixture that really lights up via a small battery operated LED lamp.

Above: One of the condo units on the second floor is decorated in "powder blue".

Below: Another view of the powder blue furnished apartment. Note the PINK TRANSPARENT GLITTER BRICKS used in the small window, (at right in image).

Above: The third floor has an apartment decked out in modern white furnishings.

Below: The adjacent third floor unit features a pink interior color scheme.

Above: Apartments on the fourth floor. Notice the "painting" constructed of various colored grills placed randomly on a plate.

Below: In this shot you can see the third through fifth floors.

Above: On the fifth floor is a large apartment, in this shot the men are having a meeting which seems to require they keep their hats and helmets on.

Below: We can see into the PENTHOUSE on the seventh floor at the top of the building. CAMILLE, who you may recall from her car video, enjoys the view from the top along with her white kitty cat.

Above: Another view inside the PENTHOUSE. In the lower portion of this image you can also view the sixth floor, where one of the two units remains vacant.

Below: Another view inside the building interior floors from top to bottom.

Above: The PINK CONDO TOWER as seen from the right exterior side. The building has bright pink windows in some locations and also features DARK PINK BAY WINDOWS in two apartments. Balconies are located on floors 2, 4, 5, 6 and 7.

Below: The PINK CONDO TOWER viewed from the left. The roof features details such as the satellite dishes and vent stack. There is also another LED light hidden in the roof which illuminates the PENTHOUSE.

This is the most amazing and adorable Lego creation ever! You have inspired my 9 year old daughter to want to create her own condo. Do you happen to have instructions for this project?
